Crazy Weekend (Broken foot, soccer game & horse show)

This weekend started off crazy.  Steve had a 400 lb. steel ring fall on his foot at work and break it. This happend first thing on Friday.  He was in a lot of pain but has been tolerable about all we had to do this weekend.  We gave him the choice to stay home and rest but he went with us anyway.    Presley had her second soccer game Friday night, right before we left for the Pumpkin event in Ogden.  She was awsome.  She scored most of the goals.  We actually felt bad for the other team.  The coach put her in as fullback, so she really isn't suppose to leave their end of the field, but she would get the ball and run it all the way to the other end of the field and score.  Coach didn't say much he just laughed and tried to explain how that position works but she just told the coach, "she just had to make the goal".  She is really a lot of fun to watch. Honey and BobBo came down to watch. I think they had a lot of fun watching her play. Steve keeps telling me that I need to yell for the whole team and not just yell Presleys name, but when shes got it, she got it.

Honey and BobBo had the pleasure of having Brin over night.  Brin was really excited and enjoyed her time with them without her sisters.

Jake had the year end Pumpkin Event.  She did wonderful in her dressage and also in her stadium jumping.  She did a lot better on her cross country then in the past.  So we were very pleased.  The stadium and cross country are actually speed events (which haven't been her favorite) but she did well.  I am very proud of her.  She took 12th over all.  Her friend Grace went with us and she did well also.  She got 4th place.  Grace was awsome.

Steve and I spend most of our time at the event treating horses and people with the EPMT machine.  It was great to get the exposure of the machine out there.  There is a group that wants us to go up to Jackson Hole, 1 - 2 times a month and treat their horses.  We have no problem with that.

Of course Presleys sweet little Marley went with us.  She was mauled to death. For 6 weeks old she probably wonders what she has gotten herself into.

This next week will be pretty uneventful, I hope.  We will celebrate Presley's 6th birthday this weekend, until then.
